You know that thing where you tell yourself you'll just spend $5 on a lunch special or something decent and then end up buying the biggest, most expensive comic book you can find? Well, I'm totally guilty of this. Last week, I had some leftover cash from my wallet, and instead of getting a quick bite at work to keep my energy up for the afternoon meeting, I went straight to the comic shop. And guess what? That $20 was for the latest edition of my favorite series! Oh well, it was worth it, right? I mean, I'm 45, not exactly the kind who's supposed to be doing that anymore.
