i lied about my lunch break

so i started this new job a week ago and today i really needed to take an hour-long lunch instead of the usual half hour. but like, how do you ask your boss for more time when everyone else only gets 30 mins? so i just walked out on time and went straight to mcdonalds, thinking i could stretch it by ordering a lot of stuff and eating slowly. problem was, mcdonalds has free wifi now and before i knew it, i had spent like 45 minutes there browsing the internet. then i got paranoid that my boss would find out so i rushed back to work but i only made it through half my lunch break sandwich at the desk and threw up in the trash can when i saw him walking down the hall towards me. now i feel really guilty for taking the extra time even though everyone else does too, just never says they do. maybe i should have been more honest from the start.
