Oopsie at the Office

So, here I am, day 3 of my new job and already making waves. You know that awkward moment when you have to introduce yourself to your coworkers? Yeah, well, mine was a bit different. Instead of saying 'Hi, I'm Alex,' I said, 'I hope you all like fish sticks because those are my specialty.' It's funny now, but at the time it felt like everyone would be judging me for life. Now, I’m trying to figure out if this slip-up is just a weird blip in my brain or if there’s something deeper going on, maybe I’m secretly a character from The Simpsons? Or could it be that I’ve been eating too many fish sticks and they’ve somehow slipped into my vocabulary? It was definitely an odd moment, but hey, at least I’ll never forget the faces people made when fish sticks entered our office. Oh well, onwards to more days of figuring out why I do such weird things.
