Oopsie! My White Lie from Last Week

So last week, when I was telling my family about how great everything's going at work, I totally fibbed. Yeah, it wasn't a big deal like missing the bus or forgetting lunch; more of me being overly optimistic and calling an okay project a massive win. It felt good in the moment to be positive, but now I'm ruminating on whether anyone noticed the exaggeration. I mean, at least they're feeling better about my job stress. But honestly, I'm worried it'll come back to bite me later if someone finds out I glossed over some tough parts.
