so back in october, i had a new manager start at work and she was real chill and cute. let's call her alice for privacy reasons. from day one i knew something about her made me like staring a little too much when she walked by, which is weird cuz im way older than her and usually not into coworkers. anywho, after a month of this i decided to ask if she wanted coffee but chickened out bc what if shes straight or thinks ive been creepy? now its been weeks and i barely talk to anyone at work since im too embarrassed. is it normal to feel this awkward about someone you kinda like?
