Late Nights and Doodles

Tonight, while pouring what seemed like my millionth beer for a regular customer, I noticed something strange. As I usually do when things get slow at the bar, I was doodling on a napkin under the counter. But tonight's sketch wasn't a random coffee cup or funny face; it was a detailed map of escape routes out of the building. It might sound silly or paranoid, but after another stressful shift, planning an exit felt oddly comforting. By the time the manager caught me drawing and scolded me for wasting paper on something unprofessional, I felt almost disappointed. Now I'm wondering if obsessively sketching exit plans during downtime is just a sign of too much adrenaline or if it's something more serious. Thoughts? Am I just being overly cautious or is this normal?
