Late-Night Snacking Habits

So I've been working the night shift for a few months now at the warehouse, and it's honestly really tough on my body. When everyone else is asleep during the day, I find myself pacing around the kitchen late into the night, munching on whatever I can get my hands on, mostly leftover pizza slices and chips. It's not that I'm hungry per se; it's just something to do when I'm feeling restless or bored. But lately, my usual snacks don't seem to cut it anymore. I've started eyeing these energy bars in the cabinet like they're gold, even though they taste about as exciting as cardboard. It makes me wonder if there's a psychological reason for this or if I just need some serious sleep? Anyone else dealing with late-night snack binges and wondering if that’s normal?
