During a particularly busy day, I mistakenly assigned homework from the wrong section of the textbook. It took me noticing a student's puzzled expression for minutes into the next class before realizing my error. Thankfully, it was an easy fix, but I couldn't help feeling a bit embarrassed by my oversight.
