When I Met My Neighbor's Dog

So, my neighbor moved in last month with her tiny Chihuahua puppy. Every time I see him, I just can't help myself, I sneak out to give him treats under the fence while his owner is at work. It feels like a guilty pleasure but also kind of fun! Does everyone do this or am I the only one?
