My Artistic Secret

Ever since I was little, my art has been a window into my soul. It's where all the colors of my feelings live, joy, sorrow, everything in between. But there's one picture that stands out from all the rest because it wasn't just about how I felt, it was something much darker. A few months ago, when my grandmother passed away, I painted her room exactly as she had left it, including a half-eaten sandwich and a crumpled letter next to a candle. It was meant to capture the moment she took her last breath. Looking back, I think I did it more for me than anyone else. Did you ever create something deeply personal that might have been more about your own healing process? How do others in similar situations deal with loss through art?
