Drama Queen Roommate Drama...

So I've got this roommate who's like...always acting out some soap opera in her head or something. It's not that she's loud, it's more the constant whispering and the way she'll randomly look at me with these intense eyes like she knows my deepest secrets or something....I mean, I guess it could be a coincidence but sometimes when I'm stressed about school stuff, I catch her staring...and it feels like she might be judging. Anyway, tonight she was super late coming back and left the fridge empty so now we're out of everything! But before I freak out too much over this drama queen, is it just me or do other people have roommates like this? Should I talk to her about it or am I being oversensitive? ...
