Caught With Candy

Every time I sneak candy into work, it's like my midnight adventure is about to hit a snag. Last night, I slipped in a pack of my favorite gummies under my coat and headed for the break room. The vending machine has this annoying alarm that goes off if you take too much change back or don't pay, but tonight it started blaring just as I was stuffing my snack into my pocket! My heart raced thinking security would spot me, but I made a run for it with candy in hand and told myself to never again risk getting caught. Then I remembered the vending machine's cash drawer is always so full... Did anyone really believe that alarm meant something sinister? Hehe.
