I Spy with My Little Eye

So here I am, working the graveyard shift at the convenience store. I swear it’s like a haunted house in there at 3 AM! But tonight was something else. A couple came in and asked for coffee. Big deal, right? Well, turns out they’re sitting outside drinking and talking super loudly about how they just got fired from their jobs...and they can’t pay rent this month. I tried to be discreet but I couldn't help eavesdropping! Should I tell them we have free soup and bread donations or am I being too nosy? 🤔
