I Broke the Copier at Work

Every time I'm stuck with night shifts, something weird happens. Last week, it was the copier breaking down right as I started my shift. Now, normally I'd fix it or call for help, but that day, I just stared at it for a good hour before deciding to do... whatever came to mind first. And boy, did I regret it in the morning when IT (the broken machine) was still staring back with that 'what now?' look. Sometimes I wonder if the copier has a sense of humor and is laughing at me. Not sure how I'll face my coworkers today.
