messing up at work

i was on my night shift and i get sooo bored sometimes like ugh just the longest hours ever. one time this client called and was super mad cuz they thought we were closed but it was still our business hours. i had dozed off for a second, you know how it is, and when i woke up i tried to explain that we were open but i guess my sleepy self mixed up the times and told them we close at 2am instead of 3am like we really do. the poor customer was so confused and annoyed, thinking they got my super bad timekeeping mistake for service. man, it felt awful, but you know how u wake up one day and be like oh gosh i did that? it's been years but still kinda cringe when i think back.
