i fibbed to my boss

totally not a big deal but i told my boss i had to pick up the kids from school yesterday when really i just wanted to go home early for nap time. they’re older now and don’t need me to pick them up anymore, but it was late and i was exhausted. felt a little guilty after but hey, who hasn’t fibbed about something small like that? no harm done.
