New City Blues

So I just moved to this big city and let me tell you, it's overwhelming. Every day feels like a never-ending task list of finding the right coffee shop, figuring out public transportation (which is apparently not as straightforward as everyone said), and trying to make new friends without looking too desperate. It’s been two weeks now and I still haven’t fully adjusted my internal clock to this place's rhythm. I keep telling myself that it's normal to feel so lost in the beginning, but today something hit me really hard: I cried at a grocery store because I couldn't find aisle 7 where all the pasta was supposed to be. And then there’s this weird feeling of missing my old neighborhood, even though I knew I had to move forward. So here's my question for you guys who have made it through your own big-city moves: how do you stay sane? Are there things that helped you adjust faster or just accept the reality of being a new kid in town? Or am I just overthinking this whole relocation thing way too much?
