I've been a stay-at-home parent now for three years straight, and don't get me wrong, I love it. Cleaning, cooking, and crafting with my kid are daily activities that fill my heart with joy. But today, as I watched her play on the playground while other moms chatted about their latest work projects and vacations, I couldn’t help but wonder: Am I missing out? Should I try to balance being a full-time parent with some part-time work or volunteering just to keep myself from feeling like I’m completely off the grid? What do you all think is normal here?
