I'm Proud to Be a Control Freak Older Sis

Hey there, fellow siblings! So, I’m the oldest of three and, let’s just say, I take my role seriously. My sisters look up to me, and that means I feel it’s my duty to organize playdates, settle disputes (sometimes even when they didn’t ask for help), and generally be in charge. Is this a bit much? Am I really the only one who schedules family movie nights? Should I just let them figure things out on their own more often or is my involvement totally normal?
