Oopsie in the Ward

I’m a nurse, and while handling medication rounds last night, I accidentally gave Mr. Thompson his anti-anxiety pills instead of his antibiotic course. His face when he realized was priceless; he looked like he’d won the lottery but ended up with a consolation prize. It’s funny how my mind just skips steps sometimes. Must be from overworking. I guess today is about learning to appreciate the small mishaps and their comedic timing.
