new hobby

started knitting last month, mom said i should try it out and now i do it all the time. its kind of calming but also so frustrating when i mess up and have to rip stitches. just bought my first pair of knitting needles too, theyre really nice looking ones but cost a lot. hoping to make something cool soon like a scarf or hat for me but maybe even some mittens for dad for christmas.
