I'm a Secret Dork at Heart

So yeah, I know we're supposed to be all cool and into sports like everyone else in middle school, but I secretly love stuff that most people think is dorky. Like I spend way more time reading Harry Potter than watching basketball games, even though everyone around me says it's not cool for a boy my age. And let's not get started on how much I actually enjoy crafting and drawing, I just hide all the evidence from friends! So here’s my confession: I'm this secret dork that no one would guess. Is it weird to be so passionate about stuff others think is lame? What should I do when people make fun of these interests? Am I the only one feeling like an alien at school?
