My First Day At Work Mishap

I'm only a few weeks into my new job as an administrative assistant at a busy law firm. My first day was supposed to be all about making a good impression and learning the ropes, but I managed to do just the opposite. In the middle of an important conference call with partners from other cities, I accidentally sent out an email to everyone titled 'Urgent: Free Coffee This Afternoon.' I panicked for a moment, wondering if anyone had noticed before I could delete it. Thankfully no one did, but I couldn't look anyone in the eye afterward.
