today's distraction at work

ok so i was working on my latest project and everything was going great but then i saw this video of a kitten playing with yarn and i swear to god i lost like two hours trying to figure out how many calories one strand of yarn has just because it looked so cute moving around... is it normal for tiny fluffy things to make me completely lose focus? do other people spend their workday plotting the best way to buy more cat treats? idk i feel bad but also not really and now im wondering if anyone else does this too
