my embarrassing work mix-up

omg i totally just called a customer by the name of another person i was thinking about at that moment like it was their real name and they looked so confused i could see them trying to figure out if i was making fun of them or if i was completely out of my mind i tried to correct myself right away but man oh man did i feel super silly
