I lied about my age.

Got caught trying to buy alcohol with a fake ID. Told the clerk I was turning 21 next week and they believed me. Guilt sets in when I see how relieved they looked after not calling the cops. I probably saved them some paperwork, but still feel like a jerk for even thinking about it.
