When My Best Friend Ignored Me

Saw my best friend yesterday at the mall and tried to talk to her, but she walked past me without even looking my way. Did I say or do something that hurt her feelings? Am I just overthinking things because of all this stress about exams? Should I just send her a message asking if everything is okay?
