Forgot My Math Homework Again...

I forgot my math homework again today. It's the third time this week. I know I need to get it together and be more responsible, but I keep spacing out when it comes to remembering school stuff... Sometimes I feel like my brain just doesn't work right... I hope Mrs. Thompson won't be too mad at me...
