Feeling Left Out at Family Gatherings

I know I'm the youngest in my family, but it's hard sometimes when everyone talks about all the fun they had before I was born. I can tell from their stories that there were so many jokes and adventures we didn't get to be a part of because I wasn't around yet. My parents still talk fondly about old times with my older brother and sister, but it's like those memories belong to them now and not me. At big family dinners or parties, I feel like everyone else gets together in their own little groups, reminiscing and laughing over inside jokes that I'm on the outside of. It leaves a weird feeling inside, wishing for something that can never be mine. Do other youngest siblings feel this way? Am I just being overly dramatic, or is it normal to sometimes wish you could rewrite history and grow up with your siblings around?
