I've Stolen Mom's Makeup Twice Now

Ever since I became obsessed with my mom’s fancy makeup collection, which she keeps under lock and key in her bathroom drawer, I’ve had this little secret. The first time I took some lipstick to try out was when I was 12, felt so rebellious! Fast forward a couple of years, and now I do it again without hesitation whenever I need to steal something for my makeup experiments. Last week, I swiped her new eyeshadow palette during family movie night while everyone was distracted by the popcorn fight. Mom hasn't caught on yet but if she ever does, well, I’ll just say I thought it was a gift or something.
