I Gave My Teacher A Piece Of My Mind

So last week, our history teacher gave us a pop quiz and somehow managed to get one of the dates completely wrong. I mean, he’s off by about 50 years. It was bad. So I couldn't just sit there like everyone else and pretend everything was fine. The moment we got back to class after finishing the test, I went up to his desk and told him flat out that something wasn’t right. He looked shocked at first but then he actually laughed it off and said he appreciated my honesty. I don't regret saying anything; if a teacher can admit their mistake too, why should I hide mine? It felt good standing up for what's right even when everyone else was silent.
