A Boring Week at Work Led Me To Daydreaming

This week has been so monotonous at work that I caught myself daydreaming about the most random things. Instead of focusing on my spreadsheet, I started imagining how to design a better lunch menu for the office, like adding sushi or maybe even a salad bar. By Friday, when everyone was counting down the minutes until quitting time, I found myself staring out the window and thinking of starting my own plant-based catering business. It's silly because there's no real way that could happen right now with everything else going on. But it made me wonder why our workplace doesn't offer more variety in its meals to boost morale.
