i hate my coworkers sometimes

im so tired of the office gossip and backstabbing, everyone thinks they know whats best but really its just a bunch of bs. i get so frustrated when someone tries to take credit for my work or whispers about me behind my back. am i overreacting or is it just me? how do people deal with this kind of thing? help!
