the time i stopped answering calls...

so there's this one client, jane, who always emails in vague requests and then calls ten minutes later to ask what i'm doing. it was stressing me out so much that one week last month, i just started letting all her calls go straight to voicemail. if she left a message, fine, but no live chat. the look on her face when we had our first in-person meeting since then was priceless....
