When I Got Too Into a Video Game

So, here's the thing, I recently got really into a new video game called 'Eldritch Quests.' It's kind of a mashup of fantasy and cosmic horror themes, which sounds dark but is actually surprisingly charming. The story and world-building are top-notch, and the puzzles are complex enough to challenge me without feeling impossible. But here’s where I start questioning myself: over the last couple of weeks, I’ve noticed that my other commitments have started slipping because I've been dedicating so much time to this game. My usual evening routine has turned into a daily marathon session, and while I love the characters and lore, it feels like an unhealthy obsession. Is it normal to feel compelled to stay up late just to finish another quest? Should I set strict limits on my gaming time or continue indulging in what seems so captivating yet potentially addictive? What do you think?
