Bored at Work Monday Blues

I've been sitting here staring at my computer screen for what feels like hours. I even caught myself daydreaming about planning the perfect lunch break snack run to the nearest bakery instead of focusing on my spreadsheets. I mean, who doesn't need a little sugar boost in their life? Is this just me being lazy or is it normal to hit a productivity wall mid-week?
