Code Bugs Galore

Every time I sit down to work on my project, suddenly my code bugs seem to multiply like rabbits. It's almost as if the moment I start debugging, every line of code decides it needs to throw a hissy fit. Is this normal? Am I just being paranoid, or is there some cosmic force out there that hates my code when I'm not looking?
