Workplace Stressors Galore

So I've been working in retail for about a year now, and honestly it's pretty rough. You know how you just want to sit there, not talk to anyone, and ignore everything that happens around you? Yeah, that's me most days. But here’s the kicker, yesterday this lady came in complaining about everything from her coffee being too hot to the way I pronounced 'merchandise.' And it wasn't even because she was having a bad day; she just seemed like that kind of person who thinks they're above everyone else. Anyway, after she left, I spent half an hour trying to figure out how to make a box out of toilet paper rolls for my lunch. I know, right? The creativity when stressed is at an all-time high. And then there was this one time where I accidentally gave someone the wrong change, it's not like I stole from them or anything, just made a mistake and had to go through the trouble of fixing it later. Oh, and did I mention the manager who always seems to be in a rush to tell you off? You know, those awkward moments when they come up and start talking about how important your job is while they're clearly busy doing something else. It's like they don't really mean what they say half the time. Anyway, rant over for now. Just needed to get all that out.
