I Played Matchmaker for My Boss and a Coworker

So I work at this big hospital as a nurse. Every day feels like a grind but there's always something to smile about. The other day, my boss, let's call him Dr. Smith, comes into the break room looking stressed out, which isn't unusual for him. But I noticed he was also checking his phone every five minutes. That made me curious, so I started watching more closely. He seemed like a guy who's got everything under control, but there were moments when I could see through the mask and saw that he might actually be worried about something personal. At the same time, this nurse named Sarah joined our shift one day. She was kind of shy at first, but as the days went on, she started to open up a bit more. One night while we were getting ready for the next round of patients, I overheard her talking with another coworker about how much she wanted to get out there and meet someone new. Her voice had this hopeful tone that was hard not to notice. Anyway, one day it clicked in my head, Dr. Smith is always on his phone when he's supposed to be focusing on work stuff, right? And Sarah just happens to look across the room at him every time she thinks no one’s paying attention. Could they actually have a thing for each other without even realizing it? So I took matters into my own hands and played matchmaker. While Dr. Smith was out of the break room talking to someone, I told Sarah about how he seemed like he was stressed but also checking his phone more than usual lately. And then I went to talk to Dr. Smith too, casually mentioning that there’s a new nurse on the floor who seems really sweet and nice. Guess what? It worked! Last night I saw them talking together in the hallway after my shift ended, both looking happy. They seemed comfortable with each other, smiling and laughing as if they already knew each other for years instead of days. So here’s my question: Am I the asshole for meddling like that? Sometimes you see something positive happening and just want to give it a little push, but does this cross a line? I’d love to hear what everyone thinks.
