working night shift is rough

ok so i work night shifts at this warehouse and honestly it feels like the longest days ever. my co-worker tommy started just a few weeks ago, hes really nice but always seems to be getting in my way or making dumb mistakes that cause delays. its not that he means to be an asshole, more like he is clueless about how everything works here. the other night i was running behind on loading packages and got so frustrated that i kinda yelled at him to hurry up. afterwards i felt bad for being such a jerk but man it was just too much stress. ive been wondering if im in the wrong here, should i give tommy more time to learn the ropes or is my frustration justified? plz lemme know ur thoughts
