Grandma's Secret Facebook Stalker Game

So yeah, I've been playing this game where I stalk my grandkids' friends on Facebook. You know how you see their names and faces around the house but don't really know them? Well, now I can watch these kids grow up from a distance, like some kind of grandma spy. It's not that I'm nosy or anything, it's just...interesting to see what they get into as they go through school. Plus, I try to keep track of who my grandkids spend time with and make sure they're okay. But then, there are times when I catch myself laughing at some of their silly posts, or feeling a little disappointed if something bad happens. It's like I care about these kids more than I should. And here I am, thinking maybe it's not so wrong to have this secret Facebook world where I can keep an eye on them without ever needing to ask questions out loud. Maybe that makes me the asshole? Am I just being paranoid and overly protective, or is there a fine line between care and overstepping?
