my older bro is a selfish jerk

so my older brother and i share this room since we were kids and he's always been the one to hog all the space like hes the only person here. ive tried talking to him about it before but its like he just hears me out then does nothing about it. so last week i finally had enough, i was studying for finals and needed some quiet time but he keeps blasting his music super loud in his corner of the room. im trying my best not to freak out, i mean ive got a big test tomorrow and he knows that. but hes just being an asshole and making this impossible. so i decided to take matters into my own hands. i unplugged all his speakers and hid them under my bed. at first he was super mad, yelling stuff about respecting personal space, yeah right, like hes ever respected mine? after some arguing back and forth we kind of just agreed to leave each other alone for a while until this blows over but im still kinda pissed at him for being such an ass all the time. i dont know how much longer i can take it though
