Spilling Coffee Everywhere

Hey everyone, I’m new at my first job and today was a disaster. I was so nervous during the morning meeting that when someone handed me a cup of coffee to pass around, I accidentally dropped it all over my desk, the paperwork, and even onto my boss’s feet! Everyone stared in shock while I stuttered out sorrys and tried to clean up without making things worse. Is this kind of clumsy mistake common for new employees? How do you deal with embarrassing mishaps like this at work?
