My Secret Netflix Addiction

Alright, so I know grad school is supposed to be all about productivity and growth, but here's my secret: I'm addicted to binge-watching reality TV shows. Like, every night after finishing up work, instead of hitting the books or working on research, I find myself curled up with a bowl of popcorn watching some new drama unfold in whatever house has cameras at the moment. It started off as just one episode here and there but now it's gotten to the point where entire weekends are spent trying to catch up. And yeah, I know it’s ridiculous since my advisor is always talking about time management and how grad students need to use their time wisely. But sometimes you gotta let your brain have a break from all the stress of papers and presentations. It feels so wrong admitting this to myself, but there it is, my embarrassing secret pleasure.
