When My Kids Aren't Looking, I Eat Their Candy
Anonymous Chatty Schemer #197 · General
I know I shouldn’t admit it, but whenever my kids aren’t around, I sneak into their Halloween candy stash. They always end up getting way more than they can eat anyway. Don’t get me wrong, I still enforce limits for them and make sure they share with the rest of the family at trick-or-treating events. But let’s be real, I am the ultimate candy snob when it comes to chocolate truffles and caramels. Plus, watching my kids enjoy their treats makes me feel like a kid again. It’s all about the moment for me. Should I just buy my own candy instead? Or is this a normal parental thing?
