my bad art skills

i really thought i had potential as an artist but every time i sit down to draw or paint it turns out awful. its like my mind has all these amazing ideas and then my hands refuse to cooperate, making everything look sloppy and amateurish. its super frustrating and embarrassing cause i see other artists online doing such cool stuff while mine looks like a 5 year old drew it. cant figure out if im just bad at art or need more practice, but either way it feels like a waste of time sometimes.
