My Day at Work Sucks, as Usual

So, I'm just sitting here at work, and you know those days where everything goes wrong? Yeah, that's today. Customer comes in asking for help with something they could totally figure out themselves if they'd read the manual or even tried to look it up once. But nope, they stand there staring at me like I’m supposed to hand them a crystal ball instead of just pointing them towards the self-help kiosks. And then there was this one guy who wanted to return something three years past the warranty period because he finally noticed some scuff marks on his gadget. Really? Scuff marks are an emergency? After that, my phone buzzes with another order needing assembly, and I have to put it together using a spare part that doesn't quite fit right. The manager walks by and asks how things are going, as if he genuinely cares or hasn’t noticed all the sighs and eye rolls from me and my coworkers today. I mean, let's not forget the time my coworker tried to play office prankster by pretending our security cameras had a mind of their own and were watching us. Silly stuff like that adds up when you're already having one of those days. Oh, and speaking of bad days at work: did anyone else ever find themselves suddenly agreeing with everything your boss says just because it’s the easier way out? Like some kind of yes-man on autopilot? I probably sound like a total sourpuss right now, but hey, this is what happens when you drink too much coffee and no one tells you to breathe.
