I Spilled a Drink on My Boss's Laptop

So today at work, I accidentally knocked over a drink onto my boss’s laptop. It happened so fast, I was cleaning up some leftover soda from the counter and didn't see him approach behind me. Now his computer is all wet, and I’m terrified he’ll fire me for being clumsy. But honestly, how common is it to have an accident like this at work? Have other people done something similar and survived?
