I Spent My Lunch Money on Origami Paper ...

Today at work, I walked past the stationery store near my office and suddenly got a craving for origami paper. Despite knowing I needed that money for lunch tomorrow, I bought it anyway... It's not like I'm struggling to make ends meet or anything, but still... What gives? Am I just obsessed with folding cranes now? Does anyone know why this happens...?
