i messed up at work today

today was one of those days where everything that could go wrong did. i had this big order for a customer and i screwed it all up. first, i forgot to add syrup to their drink, then when they asked for cream instead of milk, i went ahead and made them another one. by the time i realized my mistake, the coffee was already cold. so now i have two cups of luke-warm coffee that i'm just gonna toss because there's no way this customer will want a third. oh well, at least i can make it up to them with free refills on their next visit.
